• Watch natural birth video
• Practice breathing, focusing, relaxing to touch, and sounding
• Learn about positions and techniques for back labour and for pushing
• Understand the importance of skin-to-skin contact with your baby
• Practice practical baby care such as baby wearing
• Discover baby-led breastfeeding
• Create an Early Parenting Plan

Private classes also available. Schedule your class for your needs and availability.
First baby? Take a private class (usually 4 hours).
Baby number 2 or 3? Take a private 2 hour refresher.
$75 per hour online.
